The Process

There is no one size fits all coaching method that will work for everyone, but we do all need to decide to take a step forward to begin the process. After step one, take heart, there are options.

Step 1:

Ahh, the Adventure Call. The first step in any new direction is always the most difficult. In our Adventure Call we’ll explore the possibility of working together. It’s about a 20 minute window of time for each of us to get to know one another. The purpose of this call is to engage in a conversation that will help us decide if we’re a good fit for one another other. Ever find someone you clicked with right away, or found some one where the opposite was true. Before Step 2, we need to figure out if we click. By the end of this conversation, we should have a decent idea about if Step 2 is worth pursuing as a team.

Step 2:

Accountability is king. My coaching, no matter the style, isn’t going to make a bit of difference if you’re unable to commit to yourself regarding the changes you want or in some cases need to make. For this reason, the success or failure of your coaching plan, in the end, is really up to you. That said, for some people cold-turkey is the way to go. For others, cold-turkey isn’t even a thing. Ever read success stories for people who’ve made huge sweeping life style changes and have written about their success? One thing I’ve noticed is that their time span is measured in years, as opposed to months or weeks. Am I offering a coaching plan that takes years? Absolutely not. However I understand that your pace might not be the same as the next gal’s, and that’s just fine by me.

The Tortoise

Just getting your feet wet in turning your health around? Only need help with a smaller short term goal? Are you overwhelmed with how much you’ve read online and need advice and where and how to get started? This program is for you. Don’t think about speed, or progress, think about the process; slow and steady.

In this plan we’ll work on one area of your health at a time, until you’re comfortable moving forward to the next step. You set your own pace.

The Hare

Have you been dabbling with making self improvements, but just can’t get past the hump? Tired of being stuck? Ready to go full steam ahead and just get it done? If “it” is going cold-turkey into the Primal world, and you’re ready and willing to commit to some hard core changes because you want to see results, the Hare is the way to go.

In this plan, we’ll commit to a regimented plan, of which you help create early on, and we’ll stick to it come hell or high water.

The Diva

If the tortoise and the hare don’t come close to what you’re facing, give me a call. If you need help, and I’m confident we can make progress together, we’ll figure it out.

In this plan we’ll come up with a tailer-made action plan to get you to where you want to be in a completely custom fashion.

Step 3:

Once you’re on the downhill side of your life-change slope, one thing we need to make sure of is that you don’t head back where you came from. Regardless of if you’re a tortoise or a diva, before you’re on you’re own, we’ll make sure you’ll be able to stay the course and maintain what you’ve worked so hard for.
